Cancellation Policy:

Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to be considered for a refund. Refunds on individual sessions will be subject to a 5% fee and refunds on sessions purchased through a bundle/package will be subject to a 10% fee. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will not receive a refund. No-show appointments and last minute cancellations will need to forfeit payment and reschedule appointment.

Late Policy:

If you are 15 minutes or more late to your session, the session will be cancelled. We ask that you schedule another appointment for a more convenient time. Your payment will transfer towards ONE rescheduled appointment.
